Double Room in friendly house w/ garden

Hi everyone! We are looking for a housemate to join our lovely house in Poplar as my housemate is moving back to New Zealand.

We are a relaxed, clean & friendly bunch who like to hang out but equally respect eachother’s privacy!

Our house is on a safe street with great connections. We are less than 10 mins walk from the Jubilee Line and the DLR. There are several buses to East London and a night bus to Central. London City Airport is 15 mins away. There is a parking permit available if needed.

We keep the house clean and all contribute. Our kitchen has just been redone and has a new oven plus lots of storage. We’ve also recently had double glazing fitted with shutter blinds & new radiators. We have a cosy living room with a TV, Virgin Media & speedy Internet. There are two bathrooms (1 with a bath) and a big garden which is great in the summer.

The room available is a double room on the first floor and the rent is £800PCM - it is available from March 1st and bills average out at around £80 a month.

The contract is for 6 months minimum but you can leave with a month’s notice if you find a replacement. The deposit is one month's rent secured with the DPS.
