My partner and I have recently renovated a garden flat, which is situated just a stones throw away from Primrose Hill park. We have the luxury of two double bedrooms, and thought it would great to rent one out to someone who LOVES animals and is vegan or at least veggie :)
Our home is always kept to a very high standard of cleanliness and we will expect this from whoever rents the room. Everything in the flat is less than 2 years old, so we are looking for a tenant who takes pride in their home and would take great care of everything.
We have 7 amazing rescue animals that are our pride and joy. We are therefore in search for someone who would not only tolerate living with them, but would love being around them.
My partner works full time as a nanny and I own my business, so work from home. We are both vegan; so food is a big part of our lives - we enjoy spending time in the kitchen creating some new dishes. We also both like to keep fit, and have some gym equipment which is available for use. There is an outdoor gym area in the park too, which is approximately a 3 minute walk from the flat.
The accommodation will consist of a fully furnished double bedroom with built in wardrobes and a bay window. You would also have sole use of a shower room. The kitchen and living space is open plan and would be for shared use; though we would expect an understanding of mutual respect for some private time. You would also have access to the garden, where we plan to have a modest vegetable patch. There is a bench and some grass to enjoy our brief London summer too! There is also a utility room for laundry etc. The whole design of the flat is modern with an industrial yet warm feel.
