Sunny Double Bedroom - Primrose Hill

A double bedroom has become available in our lovely basement flat in Primrose Hill.

The bedroom comes with a comfy double bed, chest of drawers, cupboard and has a huge window letting in plenty of sunshine.

Downstairs we have a spacious lounge room, dining table and kitchen. No dishwasher but a little utilities room with a washing machine. There is a quaint courtyard too.

Bills are around £80 a month, cheaper in summer and a little more in winter. No deposit.

Primrose Hill is a beautiful and safe area to live in. The park is a short stroll up the street, tube (Chalk Farm) is less than 5 minute walk away and supermarket 10 minute walk away.

You’ll be living with Christine, who is a paediatric ICU nurse from England and Corinna, who is a lawyer from Australia.

We are looking for a professional, considerate and friendly housemate who is looking for a home. This is not a party house but we enjoy hanging out on the couch together, a glass of wine at the pub next door and a good Netflix binge.
