Double room close to Primrose Hill

Hi there,

We are looking out for a young professional or a mature student from mid/late September (the move in date is flexible).

The house is located close to Primrose Hill and Camden. Lots of bars restaurants, also gym, leisure centre, library, cinema, supermarkets close by.

The nearest Tube station is Chalk Farm (6min) and Swiss Cottage (12 min). Bus stop in front of the house, night bus (C11 and 31).

This flat has 3 bedrooms, shared kitchen and bathroom. Please note that there’s no living room however you get the comfort of sharing the flat with only 2 other people.

A double room warm and cosy, fully furnished (bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers) available.

Fully fitted kitchen + washing machine/ dryer.

We are young professionals, working full time.

Rent £614 + bills.
Deposit 5 weeks

We would need the new flatmate to show proof of income and be referenced or alternatively have a guarantor. The contract with the agency is ending in June 2020.
