3 nights/week, delightful Primrose Hill flat

Looking for tidy and considerate lodger for 3 nights/wk - Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. (Mon - Weds nights are possible on alternate weeks, ie. fortnightly). First floor flat is bright and clean, just 2 minutes from Regents Park and Primrose Hill. Sole use of the space on your days as I am away every week. It is also a pleasant 20 minute walk to Oxford Circus via the park.
It means using the same bedroom (not dissimilar to staying in hotels, B&B etc.) and making up the bed each week on arrival. This arrangement is reflected in the price.
I will provide your personal mattress protector and you bring bedding which will be stored in the flat when you are not there, along with your clothes etc.
There is also use of a garage for a bicycle.
