📍The location is superb: in the heart of Primrose Hill area 5 min to Primrose Hill Park, 15 minutes to Regent’s Park, Hampstead Heath is also within walkable distance.

20 minutes commute to Baker street, Marylebone, Tottenham court road, King’s Cross

7 min by foot to Chalk Farm station
and 12 min to Swiss Cottage (Jubilee line)

A bus stop to Camden / Notting Hill direction is just in front of the building.

🧋 Except for the variety of best coffee shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, we have a farmer's market on Saturdays, Tesco just round the corner, Sainsbury's and Morrisons near Chalk farm station or huge Waitrose, M&S, Sainsbury's and Asda near Swiss cottage.

The flat is on the ground floor (non-basement) in the residential building. We have a big separate kitchen with a dryer, coffee machine, washing machine and all the necessary small kitchen appliances, and share a living room and bathroom (I have a water filter installed, so you won’t be suffering from hard water) The room comes completely furnished, with a double bed, desk and a new huge IKEA wardrobe bought less than a year ago.

I've lived here for 1,5 years and have come to make this flat my home, so will gladly share with you all the best spots like cafes, pools and gyms, coffee shops, shoe repairments or farmer markets nearby. I often go to Colombia flower market, so there are always flowers in the flat 😊

l live with my little French bulldog, who’s quiet and trained, but to love dogs is a must!

I’m 30, working hybrid in marketing/advertising, 2 days from home, love fashion, coffee shops, long walks, brunches, art and occasional dinner parties, however, it's not a party flat.

I am looking for someone clean, relaxed and ideally willing to become friends either than living with a stranger, respectful of each other space but happy to share a dinner from time to time or go for a branch.

Long-term only: we’ll be signing a new 1-year contract with the possibility to extend further.

Requirements:
- UK working contract & income 30k+ is a MUST to pass the reference check
- Hybrid working is preferable
- A 5-week deposit is required
