Short-term sublet 5.-31.8 Primrose Hill area

I’m subletting my room in a well-kept flat near Primrose Hill for the following time period:

- 5.8.-31.8. (27 days/ 4 weeks).

The flat is located within proximity of both the Chalk Farm station (Northern line) and bus stops (no. 1, for example), making central London easily accessible. Primrose Hill-park, several shops, cafes and restaurants are all within a 5 min walking distance.

The room has a single bed, plenty of storage space and a working spot. The apartment Wi-Fi runs smoothly making remote work possible. Shared spaces include a spacious bathroom, a kitchen space with both a dishwasher and a washing machine as well as a joint lounge area and a separate roof terrace. Although pink in the pictures, the room has since been painted white. I share the flat with three girls in their early- to mid-twenties.

I would prefer subletting my room for the entire time, however, shorter subletting periods are negotiable :) The price for the whole four weeks is £675 (bills included). For shorter periods, the price would depend on the number of days spent in the flat and be in accordance with the price mentioned earlier.

The room is only available between 5.-31.8 and cannot unfortunately be rented for any longer.
