Hello,
My name is Henry, I'm 26 and just finishing my masters at UCL this September. I am currently living in this 7 bed house on Adelaide Road (5 minute walk from Primrose Hill), with another UCL alumni (currently working).
There now only 1 available room, starting on October 1st.
It is the room in the ground floor of the video next to the kitchen. It has a bed, chair, wardrobe and desk.
This is an urgent situation, once viewing has occurred and you are happy. 2 months rent upfront + deposit is required ASAP. This is because a current house mate has not paid rent + deposit and we are trying to find someone new starting October 1st.
Only posted ad today, and preferably someone who can pay by today.
The exact situation is: Contract starts on 12th September 2024 (yesterday), but the person living in the ground floor room has not paid the 2 months rent + deposit, so we are giving her till the 1st October 2024 to pay the corresponding rent. We need someone who will pay rent from 1st October to 12th December (upfront) + deposit.
2 months rent: (1896 minus 948 / 30 * 19 = 600.40) = £1295.60
Deposit: £1120.86
Total amount to pay today/tomorrow latest for October 1st move in date: £2416.46
We are looking for clean and respectful flatmates, that have similar interests as us.
As we are masters students / working professionals, we are more inclined to live with people in our age group, however, if you are slightly older/younger, it should be alright as well.
