We have a large very bright room available in our beautiful Primrose Hill flat, just a few minutes walk from Chalk Farm station. The room is available for 1-3 months as I'm leaving the country before our lease ends.
About the flat:
- Sun-filled upper ground floor flat, with huge windows and very high ceilings.
- Double room with window looking onto a garden, so the flat is very quiet at night and you get to wake up to greenery 🌱
- Bills are included and we crank the heating up so it's nice and toasty for the last few weeks of cold!
About the location:
- Located on a lovely road with shops and cafes at your doorstep (£2.90 flat white)
- 5min walk from Chalk Farm station
- 5min walk from Regent's Park Road which is probably the nicest street in the area (cafes, charity shops, bookstore) giving directly onto Primrose Hill ☀️
About the flatmate:
- 28-year-old French-Australian guy working in film (full-time office)
- Super chill and friendly :)
- Decent cook and always up for a pint or a board game
