Looking for a new housemate to take over my existing tenancy in a 2 bedroom flat located in a beautiful Victorian house, just a 2 minute walk from Primrose Hill.
Rent: £1334, will rise to £1390 from 11th September onwards (open to negotiation if needed). Bills are £150-200 approx.
Public transport links: It is an 8 minute walk form Chalk Farm (northern line) and a 15 minute walk from Swiss Cottage (Jubilee Line).
Supermarkets: You are spoilt for choice with Tesco, Sains, Amazon Fresh and Morrissons within a 10 minute walk away!
Neighbourhood: The flat is located a 5 minute walk from the Chalk Farm high street, bustling with cafes, restaurants, a post office, pharmacy, wine shop, furniture stores, nail and hair salons, massage parlours, corner stores, fresh grocers and more! If you fancy London's most famous bagel store, you have it! Regent's Park is also a 30 minute walk away, while Camden lock market is a 15 minute walk away! There is a farmer's market every Saturday at your doorstep!
Room: Generously sized double bedroom, with two double sized wardrobes, (and more cabinet storage on the top) a dressing table, two sets of chest of drawers, a great sized sitting/standing desk and a full-length mirror. You get the view of a garden and the neighbouring victorian houses. Ample sunlight as well from the windows!
Rest of the property: The flat is on the second floor (no lift), has a separate kitchen with ample storage, a good sized shared living room, and there is a bathroom and separate toilet.
My current flatmate, Kareena is clean and tidy, a gem of a person, and we enjoy each other other's company, but also equally respect our own space. Every now and then, as our time allows, we enjoy watching Netflix, going out to drink/eat, or even just having a chill night in the flat whilst cooking. Unfortunately, I've had to move out (sooner than I had planned), but anyone would be lucky to live with her!
PS: We can be flexible with the move-in date for the right person.
