Looking for a clean and tidy housemate to take over my flatmate's existing tenancy from 11 April 2025 (till 10 Sep 2026) as she is moving in with her fiancé. This is a 2 bedroom flat located in a beautiful Victorian house, just a minute away from Primrose Hill.

Rent: £1434, will rise to £1490 from 11th September onwards. Bills are approximately £200 - £250 in the winter (incl. council tax). There is also a deposit of £1442. It would be great if you have a UK based guarantor.

We're looking for a replacement who is a female and between 24-31.

Public transport links: It is an 8 minute walk form Chalk Farm (northern line) and a 15 minute walk from Swiss Cottage (Jubilee Line).

Supermarkets: You are spoilt for choice with Tesco, Sains, Amazon Fresh and Morrissons within a 10 minute walk away!

Neighbourhood: The flat is located a 2 minute walk from the Primrose Hill high street, bustling with cafes, restaurants, a post office, pharmacy, wine shop, furniture stores, nail and hair salons, massage parlours, corner stores, fresh grocers and more! If you fancy London's most famous bagel store, you have it! Regent's Park is also a stone's throw away, while Camden market is a 15 minute walk away! There is a farmer's market every Saturday at your doorstep too!

Room: Generously sized double bedroom, with two double sized wardrobes, a dressing table, two chests of drawers, a great sized sitting/standing desk and a full-length mirror. You get the view of a garden and the neighbouring victorian houses. Ample sunlight as well from the windows!

Rest of the property: The flat is on the second floor (no lift), has a separate kitchen with ample storage, a good sized shared living room, and there is a shared bathroom and separate toilet.

A little about me: I'm Kareena, 27, and I moved to London from Singapore in 2023 to pursue a Law masters. I have recently graduated and I'm currently job hunting. I’m easygoing, considerate, clean and tidy. I love heading out for walks, hitting the gym, having the occasional dinner party, meeting up with friends to check out new restaurants and bars, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.

I enjoy a balance of spending time together and respecting each other's space. Whether it’s cooking together, having a chill Netflix night, or heading out for food and drinks. If you’re someone who appreciates a clean and tidy home, and enjoys the occasional hangout, we’d get along great!
