✨A bright double room is currently available in a 2-bedroom flat in Chalk Farm/Primrose Hill, right by the station✨

The area - Hampstead/Primrose Hill/Camden - is perfect, and very central, with walking distance to everything and everywhere, and 24/7 public transport a minute away.

✨I am looking for someone to replace my previous long-term flatmate -
A professional female, age mid 30s-ish and above;
Someone who isn't working from home full-time,
and maybe 'almost vegetarian' will be a nice advantage : ) (But not a deal breaker!)

You will be sharing this lovely flat with me - a female creative, who works in TV production.
I like to treat this place like home, so I am looking for someone who similarly likes a homely, peaceful and friendly flatshare.
✨ It's not really a party place - and keeping the flat quiet and calm is important, both for us, and for the neighbours. Lots of great pubs in the area : )

-The room is spacious, warm and very bright, and on the other side of the flat from my bedroom, so there is a good sense of privacy.
-A great shower & bath
-A very large living room, with lots of space, bookshelves, big sofa etc. Very cosy.
-The well-kept estate has a great private garden for residents, with porters and security on site 24/7.
-A fully equipped kitchen, with lots of storage space.
✨Mostly I'm a 10-min in-and-out of the kitchen type person, ideally looking for similar! : )

✨The best part is the FREE, communal central heating, which is on all winter, making this flat warm and cosy in winter, and nice and cool in summer. (Not to mention the huge savings...)

The utility bills are currently £150 a month, p/p.
They include:
Council Tax (Camden Band D), Water, Electric, Virgin Fibre Broadband, and a TV licence.
