📝 Good to know:
• I am only at the apartment 3-4 days a week. So a lot of the time you would have the place to yourself.

• I rarely cook or use the kitchen (as I get food-prep delivered twice a week).
• Room comes with TV and plenty of under-bed storage. You can swap out the furniture if your room if you wish.
• There is spare 'fully' standing desk in the shared space which you can use if you need to work from home. (I work 100% from our offices in KingsX)

• I’m a technology entrepreneur (UCL grad) who’s spent the last decade building software companies.
• Outside work, I enjoy salsa dancing, board games, travelling, and walks through the park.
• I usually stay at my long-term girlfriend’s place several nights a week. As my work life is quite intense I value a quiet, relaxed home environment
• I bought the flat new a little under 5 years ago and have been living with my sister who is now moving out to live with her partner.

• Would be well suited to a working professional who wants excellent transport links and to be stone throw from some of the prettiest areas of the Capital.
