Subletting my apartment while I'm away this summer （female preferred!）

It's a brand new apartment,
I'm the first tenant, everything is well-maintained, new and clean.
It is on the top floor of a new building(with lift), with great view and has a large belcony. It's very quiet, ideal for working from home.

🚶🏻‍♂️Less than 3min walk to Chalkfarm station.

🗓 Available from 06/20 to 09/20 (not available beyond this time frame)
Prefer someone who can move in on 06/20 and take the whole period.

💰480pw if you can move in on June 20 and cover at least 2months!!!
💰500pw for stay longer than 2months
💰520pw for stay less than 2months

⭐️ if you can move in on June 20, £150 off on the total rent.

⭐️all bills included!(water, electricity, WiFi, gas, around 100/month)

⭐️I’ll also prepare clean bedding and plenty of daily essentials (tissues, laundry detergent, hand soap, dish soap, etc.). All kitchenware and tableware are available for use — you can move in with just your suitcase!

❗️I'll store most of my personal things (clothes, books, materials...) in the apartment but will make sure to leave plenty of room for you. The apartment is very spacious.
