My visa is expiring and I’m sadly leaving London (rent will be paid for until the day someone moves in). The current tenancy is till 12 September and there’s the option to extend it. So this is a good opportunity to live here for 2 months and have the choice to extend your stay if you’re looking for longer term. Current flatmates are a lovely, very friendly group of professionals and students in early 20s.

Excellent location since you have a Jubilee Line station (Swiss Cottage) 10-min walk away and a Northern Line station (Chalk Farm) 15-min walk away. We have lots of stores on Finchley Rd just 10-min away:
