The flat is on the ground floor (non-basement) in the residential building.
Big separate kitchen with dryer, spacious reception and 1 shared bathroom.
The room comes completely furnished, with a desk and a huge IKEA wardrobe.

You’d be sharing the flat with me – 31, work in marketing (hybrid working, in the office twice a week), and my very friendly French bulldog, Chelsea, so being a dog lover is a must 🙂

I love travelling, coffee walks, art, fashion, farmers’ markets, reading, and hosting the occasional dinner party – though it’s definitely not a party flat.

I’ve lived in this flat for 3 years and genuinely love the area, so I’m always happy to share tips on the best local spots, gyms, classes or coffee shops.

I’m looking for someone clean, easy-going, respectful and ideally open to becoming friends rather than just living with a stranger.
While I think it’s important we each have our own space, it’d be great to share the occasional dinner, go for a neighborhood stroll, or help out with Chelsea when I’m away for work.

💸 The rent is 1055£ + bills - around 180-185£ monthly (gas, water, electricity, council, broadband)

- UK working contract is a MUST to pass the reference check
- Young professionals, hybrid working is preferable
- A 5-week deposit is required
- Sorry, no couples or student due to counsil tax band
- Unfortunately no other pets could be agreed with the landlord
