Hello I am Neha and I am looking for someone to share this newly refurbished 2 bed flat in Primrose Hill (my lovely flatmate of 2 years is moving back to Italy for work). It is located within a splendid Edwardian ported building with day and night porters for 24/7 security, and you have access to the beautiful communal gardens.

The flat is fully furnished with everything you need and more - recently refurbished with new kitchen and bathroom units.

Your room is fully furnished with a large built in wardrobe, double bed and bedside table.

Location is ideal - 5 mins walk away from Primrose Hill, perfect to enjoy the summer in London. There are so many stations to choose from nearby: 2 mins walk to Chalk Farm Tube (Northern Line), 10 mins walk to Swiss Cottage Tube (Jubilee Line) and 10 mins walk to Kentish Town West (London Underground) or Kentish Town (Thameslink).

Sharing with me - 30 year old working professional in Fintech (I work from home 2 days a week), ideally looking for another working professional in the city. I love fitness (I'm a keen runner), travelling, trying new restaurants and bars and going to watch movies. Looking to share with someone who also has their own things going on but is also happy to open a bottle of wine at home/ go for a sunny walk in Primrose Hill some evenings.

I'd love to find a flatmate who is fun, sociable and considerate. As the flat has just been refurbished it is important that my flatmate keeps it tidy and treats the place with care as a home. Bills are ~£160 per month (including a cleaner).
