I’m looking for a flatmate to share this newly refurbished 2-bed flat in Primrose Hill.

The flat is in a beautiful Edwardian portered building with 24/7 day & night porters, excellent security, and access to stunning communal gardens.

The flat is fully furnished and has just been refurbished, including brand new kitchen and bathroom units.

The room:
A bright, fully furnished double room with a large built-in wardrobe, double bed, bedside table, chest of draws and full length mirror.

Perfectly located for enjoying London life:
• 5 mins walk to Primrose Hill
• 2 mins to Chalk Farm (Northern Line)
• 10 mins to Swiss Cottage (Jubilee Line)
• 10 mins to Kentish Town / Kentish Town West

About me:
I’m 31 and work in fintech. I work from home 2 days a week. I love fitness (keen runner - Primrose Hill is great for running up), travelling, trying new restaurants and bars, and going to the theatre and cinema. I’d like a flatmate who also has their own routine but enjoys sharing a bottle of wine at home or a sunny walk in Primrose Hill.

Who I’m looking for:
Another working professional who ideally doesn’t work from home full-time. Someone fun, sociable, and considerate, who treats the flat as a home. Looking for a flatmate to stay long term (minimum 12 months). As the flat has just been refurbished, keeping it tidy and looked after is important.

Bills:
• Heating and hot water included
• Other utility bills approx £160/month (council tax, water, electricity, WiFi, cleaner)

Details:
• Available from 4th September - flexible on move in dates, happy for someone to move in until 4th October
• References and proof of income required
