I work in Central London and walk there every day - it takes me 30 minutes around Regent's Park.
The flat is like a little cottage and has its own private patio. The landlords live upstairs and have a small homeware shop. They are lovely and very easy to get on with, always helping with things like changing lightbulbs if I need!
