The flat has a lot of natural light in the living space and has one larger bedroom (can fit a sofa/TV setup) and one smaller room.
I’m happy to take the smaller room, so the rent will be split proportionally (larger room pays more). Larger room would be ideal for someone who wants a bedroom that can also work as a private living space. The larger room is approx £1,600 and I’m open to be slightly flexible on this, depending on fit.
Looking for a friendly, considerate and easygoing flatmate who values a calm and comfortable home. Would be nice if you also value a cosy and relaxed space.
The flat is located within walking distance from the cafés and Regent’s Park, which is quite convenient. ☺️
