En-suite Double Room - Primrose Hill NW1

Hey guys & gals ! 👋

Unfortunately our lovely flatmates are moving to Australia, so we have a large double room with an ensuite in a three bed flatshare in Chalk Farm that’s going to be available on the 24th October !

The room is big & spacious, has a private ensuite bathroom, and also a small balcony as well. It comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and desk as well. The place itself is on the top floor and has a nice light filled living room, a beautiful outdoor balcony that is mint in the summer with furniture & a wee bbq, and a decent sized kitchen as well.

We’re super central with Primrose hill only a 2 min walk away, Regents Park 5 mins walk, and Camden 5 mins the other way, our closest stations are 1 min away from Chalk farm station (Northern line) and Kentish town west (Overground - Mildmay) 10 mins walk away.

A little bit about the roomies, Alex (a kiwi) & Lizzie (a brit), both chill friendly people in their late twenties who are always up for a chat but also enjoy their own downtime too. Ideally we’d be looking for nice social people who'd be keen to hang out, play some card games, go to the pub for a beer and have a little family dinner every now and then :)

We’re on the scout for, ideally a couple (or a single if you think this place would fit you to a t) to join us for £1500 per month (excl bills/council tax, which usually come to about £130~ per month),
*deposit is actually £2020 (couldn't put it in properly for the ad)
