It is a two bed flat with separate spacious living room and a separate kitchen on the 8th floor of an apartment building. The building has a concierge (Mon-Sat), laundry services, gym and sauna.

It's a few minutes walk to the Pudding Mill Lane DLR and there is a bus stop right outside the building with buses that take you to Stratford in few minutes. You can also walk to Stratford either by the main road or through the Olympic Park in 15 minutes. There's a small and big Tesco within easy reach, about 5-10 min walking.

The bills add up to roughly £130 per person per month.

We have been keeping the flat clean and reasonably tidy and would like to find someone who appreciates and respects that.
