Very sadly my best friend is moving out and the room needs to be rented for five months, until the end of current tenancy.

About the room:
The room is very bright (never dark) comes fully furnished, is ensuite and includes a big double size bed, a large double wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, 1 chest of drawers. The ensuite shower is a very comfortable size and has 1 good size cupboard for plenty of bathroom storage. Floor to ceiling windows with great views!

The house:
Is very spacious and is the most bright apartment I've experienced in London. Has large floor to ceiling windows, which provide plenty of air throughout the home. House is fully furnished, including the kitchen, with plenty of super stylish kitchen utensils. 3 storage cupboards, 1 for shoes and jackets, 1 for household goods (eg hoover, etc), 1 for general storage.

The building:
There is a lovely Turkish supermarket downstairs open until midnight and a large Tesco supermarket 10-minutes walk away. There is a 24-hour reception and security fob is required to enter. The concierge is very good, and they handle all deliveries very securely and effectively. Also, takeout can be delivered to your door. The apartment has its own private gym and garage.

Council tax (band D)
Cleaning is required before leaving the property.

Little About Me:
40 year old personal trainer, work Mon-Fri and recover Sat-Sun! Health and Fitness is my way of life, so I'm naturally very clean, etc. I'm a go to the park and wine kind of person and definitely appreciate the finer things in life. Generally, keep to myself and quite private without being a total bore. Not looking for a flatmate who wants late night house parties or 'weekenders'. Home is home please :)
