Room on stunning Sugar House Island

We have a spacious room going in our gorgeous flat on Sugar House Island. A trendy new development in the heart of east London.

It has modern furnishings, and its private land so it feels really safe. We have our own concierge for all our parcels and island needs. We have private underground parking along with a storage unit.

There is a real community feel here, and we have a lovely vibe in our flat and want to maintain that. The flat mate who is leaving, is leaving to buy, so we’re looking for someone wonderful to take over the second largest room in the flat. We also have a huge balcony that runs along the entirety of the flat, the largest in the building, and its canal side with ducks and all! We have Westfields on our door step for all our shopping needs and Hackney Wick a stones throw away for some good bars.

We would love someone friendly, relaxed and tidy. We are a good mix of chilled but sociable. Sometimes we like a good pub night on the weekend with a cheeky bevs or we also like to stay in and watch a film.

The only thing that won’t come with the room is the desk. Wfh is considered but preferable if hybrid at least.

A bit about us:

I’m an actor and work in film so my work can be fairly sporadic, but I also wfh in recruitment when I’m not shooting anything. I’m super laid back and love a good pub quiz or reality show binge.

Is an estate agent, loves his job! He’s really laid back, also loves a pub night or the footy!

We’re open to a guy or a girl, it’s just about whether you fit the vibe. Our home is a sanctuary and we want it to be yours too! We’re keen to get someone locked in sooner rather than later!
