Double room with separate bathroom

I am looking for a someone to take over the contract on the double room in the flat I am renting as my flatmate has moved out.

About the flat:
The flat is a two double bedroom, two bathroom flat with open plan kitchen living area and balcony, located within walking distance of DLR, district line and bus routes to Stratford, canary wharf etc.
The building itself is very secure and has a concierge service. The agency letting the flat has always been very prompt at taking care of any issues we have had with this flat. Bills aside from heating are separate.

I am a PhD student in my final year so am currently splitting my time between writing from home and going into uni to finish up some things. Outside of the PhD I am a photographer, keen baker and love to try new bakeries in London when time permits. I am a tidy person who enjoys a chat but also needs time alone to recharge my social batteries.

I’m looking for a flatmate who values a clean and tidy home, who’s considerate of shared spaces and enjoys maintaining a peaceful home. It would be great to live with someone who also respects the need for personal space while being friendly and sociable when the time is right.
