Double bedroom available in spacious 3 bed flat

I am moving to Belgium for a new job, so am looking for someone to take on my room in the flat. We’ve been living in this flat for the past 2.5 years and we are close friends. I would love for someone to take my room and enjoy living in the flat just as much as I have done!

The flat has 3 bedrooms. 1 bedroom is occupied by a couple (guy and girl) and the other is occupied by a guy. My flatmates would prefer to have a new female tenant to even out the ratio. As all the members of the flat are working professionals, they have busy schedules, but most evenings we spend time together eating and chatting or watching a TV series/movie.

Here are some notable features of the flat:
- 1st floor with lift access
- Spacious wraparound living room/ kitchen with lots of natural light
- Underfloor heating in every room
- Bathroom shared with 2 other flatmates
- Storage unit in the building garage (ideal secure place for storing a bicycle)
- Residents parking garage (costs £125 extra per month)
