I’m looking for a friendly tenant to take over my housemate’s tenancy in a modern, spacious apartment.

The flat is bright, modern and very well connected, making it ideally suited to someone working in the City or Canary Wharf.

A bit about me: I’m originally from Devon and moved to London to work in fintech. I’m usually in the office 4–5 days a week. Outside of work, I enjoy catching up with friends, cooking, and building motorcycles (don’t worry, not in the flat!).

I’m very clean and respectful and like to keep the flat tidy, so I’d ideally be looking for someone with a similar mindset.
