- *Flatmates* are Latin American (a girl from Colombia and a guy from Mexico), very clean and friendly, both in their 30s
- *Public transport*: DLR 7-minute walk and 10-minute walk to District and H&C. Many buses to Stratford.
- The apartment has a living room and a kitchen.
- The bathroom is shared with only one other person, as one of the other rooms has its own.
