Clean new build on Sugar House island

We’re looking for a tidy, respectful flatmate to join us in our lovely new-build apartment on Sugar House Island.

We’re looking for someone who wants a calm, comfortable home to come back to after work and somewhere they can truly settle in.

We’re two professional women in our 30s. I work in an office and Sarrah is a pharmacist. We both work in the music industry at weekends, but this isn’t an afters house. We enjoy a peaceful, clean home and are looking for someone with a similar lifestyle.

The room comes in a fully furnished apartment with:
• Concierge
• Underfloor heating
• Dishwasher
• Private storage unit in the garage
• Shared bathroom with one other housemate (the third bedroom has its own ensuite)

Move-in is flexible between 1st and 13th September.

Rent: £1,019 per month
Bills: Approximately £150–£200 per month, depending on heating usage.

We’ll be holding viewings on 28th August.
