Babysitting in exchange for reduced en-suit rent

For living in our loft + own bedroom + own bathroom + kitchenette !!! We offer

550/month playing football with my son and then bed routine, on Monday and Friday (6pm-10pm)

Hello,
we are a wam-hearted and friendly German and English speaking couple with a well-behaved 14-year old daughter and a cute little 8-year old son who loves football. We live in a big house with a garden. We offer a bed, a table, a drawer and a wardrobe in our loft. There is also your own bathroom including a shower and a toilet next to your private room. You can use the kitchenette with a grill and a microwave, sink, cutlery and pots and pans with a sofabed and a table as there is usually none upstairs where you live and you can obviously also uae our main kitchen downstairs. We need someone to babysit on Monday and Friday from 6pm because dad will be out and mum is working online during that time. This loft is worth £1000/month and we reduce it in exchange for your help. You can also use our kitchen downstairs if you need a proper oven. In exchange for this reduced one bedroom en suite price. You do not need to have a degree in childcare, you need to have the motivation and energy to do homework, play football for an hour and read with the 8 year old. You are not expected to look after our daughter as she is independent and does not need any help to do her homework or go to bed. If you can do that, you are perfect for us. Both children go to school from 9-3.30pm. The mum is a teacher and working outside, the dad works 2 days outside but sticks to his room when he is working. The boy should eat dinner (mum made it), do his homework, play tennis, hockey or football outside and go to bed at 8 when he reads books to you (you don't need to read unless you want to) and sleeps at 9pm. We had a student with us and you can talk to her how it was or how happy she was here. She fell in love and and moved out to start her own life. It worked out very well with her and we would like to have such a person again. She was in her room studying or at the library which is a 2min walk from us, went to university and was mostly out on weekends (we are also out on weekends and we are usually not here during achool holidays where you are not expected to look after the boy). We are really flexible, we just want you to be home two evenings during the week.

Depending on your financial circumstances, if you want to spend time with the boy on Monday, Thursday and Friday afternoons (4pm to 6pm) and help with more homework, sing or make crafty art with the boy, we would further reduce your rent - we can talk about that when you come round.

We live a 10 min walk near the tube station Southfields on the green district line (10 min from Earl’s Court, near Putney or Wimbledon). Please only serious calls/texts.
