Living on Putney High street you have access to major supermarkets and high street shops. Two minute walk to Putney Railway station for national rail or seven minute walk to East Putney / Putney Bridge for the District line into the city.
The House:
Large, fully-furnished flat covering the first, second and third levels above Putney High St. First floor is communal areas with cosy but spacious living area and large kitchen. Gas cooktops to prepare amazing meals and dishwasher so the washing up is done for you! Levels two and three are bedrooms and there’s even a spare room for any guests.
Bathroom and laundry (with washer and dryer) are on the first floor with separate toilet for convenience.
The flat is in good condition and is kept clean and tidy with the help of our weekly cleaner which is included in your rent.
The Room:
Currently located on the second floor facing the high street. Insulated windows to keep the noise out but allows for great natural light on those rare sunny days. The room is extremely spacious in that it fits a bed, desk, drawers/wardrobe and basically a whole lounge inside of it. It comes fully furnished so plenty of storage space!
The Costs:
Rent is £856 per month including all bills (gas, power, water, council tax, internet, Sky TV and cleaner). The only other additional cost is a £7 contribution per month to the house kitty which is used for buying household items (e. g toilet paper, dishwashing tablets, cleaning items etc).
The Flatmates:
You’ll be sharing the flat with sociable, full-time professionals who love a good night out but also a cosy night in. Plenty of house outings and social gatherings as well as Netflix binges on the couch.
About You:
We’re looking for male or female housemate who is also a sociable professional, 20-36 years and a non-smoker. We all love catching up and having drinks and dinner, and often cook as a house. However, as well as this we also like to be able to chill out and relax at home, so we are not looking for people that would want to bring parties back to the house.
