Huge double in Garden Flat

Hi Everyone,

We are looking for 1 new flatmate in our garden flat, opposite Wandsworth park in Putney. The room is available from June 6th.

Looking for easy going professionals who want more of a cosy “home” to live in and contribute to. Someone who doesn’t mind the occasional social board game, Netflix series, or chatting in the kitchen.

The Room (Available June 6th):

The internal double room has a King mattress (150cm x 200cm), 3 huge built in sliding wardrobes of storage space and a desk for WFH. The rate is inclusive of all bills (Water, Electricity, Gas, Council Tax, Broadband, Weekly Cleaner)

The kitchen is classy wooden bench top, open plan & fully equipped. There is one bathroom, a garden and a lounge under a conservatory Roof which is perfect for relaxing under while the rain or snow comes down.

We have a small garden out the back of the flat which up to this point been taken care of by the previous tenant Lee, and since I sadly don't have much of a green thumb this opens the door for someone to come in and put their stamp on it.

The cost for the room is £970 per month which is inclusive of all bills, and also covers the cost of any cleaning supplies (TV License, Water, Electricity, Gas, Council Tax, Broadband, Fortnightly Cleaner). The lease term would run until June next year, and you'd need to be comfortable staying for that amount of time.

A bit about us:
I'm Max, 33, a South African living in London with a Portuguese passport. I work inhouse as a Photographer for a personal care brand. I'm mildy obsessed with bouldering and art, love to read, am learning to surf and trying to get better at cooking. I'm generally quite quiet and chilled, but love a good catch up in a coffee shop.

I'm Dom, 27, originally from North East and have been moved from Edinburgh to London last August. I'm a civil servant working in Westminster, and tend to do some days WFH (the district line is very handy from East Putney!) I like to read, go for hikes and cycle and do love to cook! Always happy to happy to hang out and pop down to the pub, but also relax and chill.

The flat is located only 9 minutes’ walk to East Putney Tube and 12 minutes from the Putney high street / national rail while the 220/485/270 buses stop right out the front door. We’ve also recently discovered the joys of commuting by boat, which is only a 5 minute’s walk to Wandsworth Pier (Journey plan using SW15 2PA).
