Double room available in spacious Putney flat

The flat is a Victorian conversion with a huge lounge and modern bathroom and kitchen.

The room itself is a light and airy double room with lots of built in storage.

The flat is furnished. There is a double bed in the bedroom available and also a huge built in wardrobe across one wall.

We’re on a quiet residential street and the bedroom looks over a reasonable sized garden so you won’t be overlooked by other houses (unfortunately we don’t have access to the garden). It’s less than a 10 minute walk to the high street and Putney station, the tube station is a couple minutes further, or there is a bus stop at the bottom of the street 30 seconds away. There is also on street parking available but you will need to purchase a residents permit from the council.

Bills are not included but come to around £125 per

In terms of flatmate I’m looking for someone who is friendly and up for the odd glass of wine ( or whatever you fancy) and a natter/ trashy tv binge every now and then.

I’m Sam, 34 and I work as a HR Consultant (it’s not as dull as it sounds, honestly). Enjoy all the usual things , travel, going out for dinner/drinks with friends etc.
