Good sized double room in a 2 bedroom flat in a very quiet and pleasant street in Wandsworth. Shared living room and kitchen (Fridge/Freezer, Oven, Microwave, washing machine). The flat offers off-street parking. Within 5 min walk to Southside Shopping centre where you can find many restaurants, shops, Cinema, several different gym chains, a large Sainsburys and Waitrose.

I work in London Bridge as an IT Project Manager, work most days in the office and usually Fridays from home. My day job is 9-5 and go to the gym every evening after work to a CrossFit Gym in Putney. I am looking for an easy going male to share with who enjoy similar activities. I own the flat and live by myself and I am looking to rent the remaining room Weekdays only.

The flat is tidy and peaceful so looking for someone who can respect and value that. Quiet night-times. I’m more of an early to bed early rise person.

10 min walk to East Putney tube (Zone 2, District Line) and 15 min walk to Southfield tube (zone 3). 20min walk to Putney High Street and mainline train station. Clapham junction is just a short bus ride away, and you can be within central London and west in 30 minutes.
