Large en-suite bedroom in family house

This is a large en-suite room on it's own floor in a family house.
We have a large double room with a large en-suite bathroom with shower, bath, sink and toilet. The room has been recently refurbished to a high standard.
You will be sharing in family home with children and a dog.
The room is on the second floor with air conditioning and great views.
The room has a large bed, two free standing clothes rails, drawers, two chairs, a desk and a practical table. There are additional storage cupboards.
It is in west Putney on the 430 bus route into Putney in a well maintained conservation area.
There is plenty of storage and there is a cleaner on a weekly basis.
The house has been recently extended and renovated. We have two daughters age 12 and 9.
We would like someone who is looking for a comfy and well maintained bedroom and able to fit in with a busy family life.
You would be welcome to use the living areas, kitchen and garden.
We would like someone who understands living with a young family and is respectful of this.
It would be an advantage if you can on occasion keep an eye on our dog.
