Set on a peaceful residential street just a 5 minutes' walk from Putney Railway (15 minutes to Waterloo) and 8 minutes' walk to East Putney Underground (District Line). Also within easy reach of Wimbledon, Clapham, Vauxhall, Soho, Central London, the City, Heathrow and Gatwick airports.

Only 5 minutes' walk to Putney High Street and local shops, gyms, swimming pool, pubs, bars, cafes and restaurants.

Only 10 minutes’ walk to Putney Bridge, the River Thames and riverside walks
Putney Pier (river boat services).

ROOM RENTAL OPTIONS:
MONDAY TO FRIDAY LET @£825 per calendar month.
FULL TIME LET (6-12 months maximum stay) @ £1200 per calendar month.
Prices include all utility bills.
5 weeks rental deposit and 2 references are required.

Shorter stays can sometimes be negotiated subject to availability.
