The kitchen has a dishwasher and the place is currently furnished.
The room is available from July 1st.
I wish for the inbound tenant to be clean and tidy, the flat is not suitable for someone with a huge amount of furniture / belongings. The flat is not a party house, and suits someone looking for a quiet/peaceful place to call home.
The flat is a private rental, (no pesky real estates).
