The flat is in a quiet residential street, just 8 minutes' walk to Putney Station and around 15 minutes to East Putney Underground, making it ideal for commuting into central London.
One of the best features of the flat is the large private garden, which is only accessible from this property.
It's a great space to relax in the summer, have a BBQ or simply enjoy some outdoor space, which is a real bonus in London.

During the week it's generally a quiet home rather than a party flat, so I'm looking for another professional who'd enjoy a relaxed, friendly place to come home to after work.
The flat is privately managed by an excellent landlord who is responsive, fair and genuinely easy to deal with, which makes a refreshing change from many agency-managed rentals.
