This one-bedroom flat with Victorian features is available to rent from the end of June. The flat is a 2 minute walk to Putney mainline station and the high street and a 5 minute walk to the river. Putney East (district line) station is also only a short walk away.

We've absolutely loved the flat and the area but have decided to move away from London. We're looking for a professional couple or individual to replace us who will look after the flat and enjoy everything it has to offer, including:

- middle floor flat on a quiet road; other tenants in the property are lovely and the rest of the road is a mix of young professionals and families

- full bathroom (shower and bath)

- extremely responsive landlord
