Close to the High Street. It has a parking space (designated on driveway) and a large communal garden (hardly used by other friendly renters in the block of 6). Fully fitted wardrobes and an allocated patio space in the garden for BBQ/table and chairs etc. Unfurnished but with all kitchen appliances. Hard flooring throughout and large windows. Central heating and electric boiler.

Letting via agent, but as I’m looking to leave early I thought I would try on here as well. 12 month minimum tenancy. No flats either side only an upstairs tenant (very quiet).
