Great double room in lovely large Putney house

Hi,

We're looking for a housemate to join our friendly houseshare in Putney.

Our house is split over 3 levels with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious open plan lounge and dining room, and kitchen.

We also have a nice outdoor patio with a brick BBQ area perfect for the summer, and an indoor fireplace for the winter months.
The house has loads of extra storage, with an attic for any extra bits.

You’ll be sharing with 2 British guys, 1 British woman and a South African woman. We work in teaching, finance and retail.
We're all fun and friendly and get on well. It’s a sociable house but not a party house. We're clean, tidy and respectful but laid back and like to have a laugh and hang out together over a beer or wine in front of the TV.

The available room is a good sized North-facing double with double bed, generous built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. Rent is £700pcm all inclusive.

Deposit is one month's rent. Our fantastic landlord lives just down the road - it's very well looked after and any problems are resolved quickly and without fuss.

Rent includes all bills (water, council tax, electricity, gas, broadband, Sky TV, and a weekly professional cleaner).

The location is great - Putney is (in my opinion) one of the nicest areas of London with lots of great cafes and restaurants right on the river, good transport links and close to the amazing green spaces of Putney Heath, Wimbledon Common and Richmond Park.

The house is a 10min walk to Putney Station (rail) and the High Street, and 15mins walk to East Putney station on the District Line. It's very well serviced by bus, with stops for the 14,170,39,85,93,37 and 493 all a few minutes walk away.

You'll deal directly with the landlord with the rent, and you'll only ever pay for your room - we're not expected to cover the rent for the other rooms if people leave.

We are not in a rush to fill the room, our priority is finding the right person who is a good fit for the house.
