This is a really special beautiful period property in truly one of the safest areas of London of which I'm aware. Situated on Santos Road the house is flanked by a beautiful school and church. East Putney Station is less than a ten minute walk and you can also take the Thames river boat from the riverside, a brisk five minutes walk away . A further five minute walk will take you to Putney mainline train station where a fast train to Waterloo is a mere ten minutes. The house is also next to the beautiful parkland and riverside bars of Putney and Wandsworth.

The property has three bedrooms, one of which is available now. There is an open planned living room, dining room and kitchen which has French doors leading out onto a patio balcony overlooking a large garden with a patio, 8 seater table, barbecue and vegetable plot... which I (and anyone who would like to) grow veg from. Next to the kitchen is a study/utility room which houses a desk, piano and more importantly a top of the line washing machine and tumble dryer.

The room available has a double wardrobe with sizeable storage, chest of drawers and matching bedside cabinets with french doors leading out to the garden. My room is en suite so you will only be sharing the bathroom with a maximum of one other room. The bathroom has a double sliding door power shower (with room for two... just so you get an idea of the size)!

The living room has a 46inch wall mounted television DVD etc. (Sky is included in the rent) which is usually watched from the new sofa (not pictured). Next to the living room is the dining room with an 8 seater extendable dining table sitting in front of the real, working, marble fireplace. This leads onto the kitchen which houses a double oven and pantry. All crockery, cutlery and utensils are provided.

A little about me... I am a 37 year old lawyer turned business owner who plays the piano and violin. I'm also a keen cyclist and cook. I've loved playing rugby my whole life but rugby didn't love me and after too many injuries i've sadly had to give it up. I do all of the garden and house maintenance but feel feel free to muck in if the need arises.
The move in date is flexible, as are the furnishings included, so feel free to ask if another date is more suitable and if you'd like to bring any items of furniture with you.
