Currently, I am a professional (1 female) in my 30s and Jimmy(1 male) in his 30s living in the house (3 beds split levels semi-detached house).
Jimmy and I are looking for a professional flatmate who follow the government guidelines, someone considerate, nice and tidy.
We are pretty laid back though not a party house.
The bills are £100-150 a month depending on the season(Gas/Electric, Council Tax, Water, TV Licence, and broadband internet).
The house is located in a very quiet residential area, less than 5min away from many amenities (Sainsbury 24h, bakery, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs) as well as the river Thames and lovely parks.
10/15 min walk to Putney Bridge/Putney Train Station and buses are literally at the bottom of the road.
Putney high street is less than 10 min walk (Waitrose, Cinema, many pubs, and restaurants...)
Large shared living room and kitchen with brand new washing machine and new oven, plenty of kitchen storage.
The Landlady lives outside London and she's really quick in sorting out everything when required.
One double room available now
685pcm + 100-150 bills + 1 Month deposit.
