Huge double room in lovely Putney flat with garden

We have a huge double room available in a lovely spacious garden flat in Putney. We're looking for a single person, sorry no couples!

The room itself is huge and has been freshly decorated this year, and the new contract will start on 1st November. This is for a 6 month let with possibility to extend.

The flat itself has a large living room with working fireplace, a bathroom with underfloor heating, big family size kitchen, plus a private garden which we've all looked after/love to have bbqs in during the summer.

You'll be living with Cordelia who works in Film, and Jack who works in PR. We're both out a fair amount but are looking for someone like-minded who is really clean, chilled and happy to have a good balance of hanging out/having their own time. During the week, ideally you'll either be office-based - we're not looking for someone who works from home full time.

Amenities - garden, off-street parking (first come first serve), washer/dryer, fireplace.
