We're looking for two new housemates to join us in a fun and friendly professional house. Both rooms are bright spacious doubles, the house is fully furnished and includes a back garden and sunny patio, plus it’s in amazing location in Putney just a short stroll down to the Thames.

The rooms are available from 7th October 2025 with flexibility from the 21st September.

The room is a good sized double located on the first floor, facing the back garden so is quiet and gets the afternoon sun. The room is fully furnished with comfy double bed, wardrobes and shelving with a large walk in cupboard which is great for storage.

-- Room 2 --

The room is a good sized double located on the top floor, facing the back garden so is quiet and gets the afternoon sun. The room is fully furnished with comfy double bed, wardrobes and chest of drawers.

-- House --

The house is spacious and homely with a large living/dining room. All of the rooms have high ceilings and large windows so bright and airy throughout the home. There are 2 bathrooms in the house, the largest room has an en suite. The kitchen opens onto a terrace and garden with a BBQ which is south facing so sun all afternoon.

-- Location --

The flat is 9 minute walk to East Putney tube, a 10 minute bus ride to Clapham Junction station, and 10-15 minute walk to Wandsworth Town and Putney stations. Southside shopping centre is a 10 minute walk away with lots of supermarkets. Lots of amazing pubs and good restaurants nearby. Wandsworth Park is only 5 mins walk away which is directly by the Thames. Great walks east and west along the Thames from here. What more could you want!

Your housemates would be:

Nadine (Kiwi, 42) & Pablo (Argentinian, 45). We are friendly, fun outgoing professionals working for the NHS and running a music school. We are into cooking, BBQ's and healthy living stuff including yoga, running, music and movies, etc.

We like to hang out and share a meal/pub dinner/BBQ and watch TV, so are looking for flatmates with similar vibes of whom we will also be respectful and considerate of each other. So a very social and fun professional household -a nice balance.

-- Rent, Bills & Deposit --

- Room 1: Rent including bills is £1,150 a month.

- Room 2: Rent including bills are £1,100 a month.

That includes gas and electricity, super fast fibre broadband (great signal throughout the house and in the bedroom), council tax (Wandsworth Council), and water (Thames Water).

-- References & Landlord --

The usual checks by the agency which were simply done online when we moved in.

The landlord is friendly and responsive. He gets jobs done when we ask.

-- Availability --

Both rooms are available from 7th October 2025 with some flexibility to move in earlier.

-- Parking --

You can get a parking permit for on road parking on a quiet residential street.

-- Viewings --

We are looking at holding first viewings this Saturday 6th September.
