We are looking for two flatmates professionals, someone who has a positive attitude in life and is happy to chill and a shared dinner time.
Two of us are leaving the property, and the third flatmate (Paul) is staying. Paul is a quiet guy with multiple interest (music, films, and others), and we are looking for someone likeminded.
We are looking for someone who is calm and not a party animal, tidy and proactive in keeping the house clean and take care of it as we have done so far. Having a peaceful environment on the property is crucial for us.
About the room and house:
2x Double bedrooms (single use only - No couples) with wardrobe and communal garden views.
- Small room is £725/month
- Medium room is £800/month
The house has a spacious shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet room and patio.
The Garden is communal and shared with the neighbours, we are all allowed to use it respectfully.
The house is close to Putney Shopping Centre, and Central Putney (5 - 10min walk).
Putney train station is nearby, as well as East Putney and multiple bus routes towards Central London, Clapham, Wimbledon and Roehampton directions.
No students, unemployed, and must have the right to work in the UK to avoid short term stays.
