We have two (not one as stated in the title) double rooms in a super house located close to Putney Heath in the Dover House Conservation area. One room is available from 1 September which the other on 1 October (potentially earlier). This is a lovely, quiet area of Putney with the 430 bus a couple of minutes walk away.

The bedrooms are located on the first floor and have ample amounts of clothes storage. They each have a wall mounted flat screen TV with it's own sky box. There is a shared bathroom on the same floor with a shower and loo. Each bedroom has air conditioning but please see this as a bonus. Although the units are relatively new, there will not be any rental adjustment in the event of a malfunction.

Downstairs, there is an open-plan kitchen/living room with a large flat screen TV with Sky, Netflix, etc. Off this large open plan room is an additional downstairs loo/cloakroom. The kitchen comes fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Bi-fold doors lead out to the rear garden patio with seating (there is also patio space at the front of the house).

There is access to a huge amount of films, TV programs and music! There is a built in sound system within the living room and kitchen areas.

There is free parking outside the house and on the surrounding roads, and no permit is currently needed at any time.

There are local shops within a 10 minute walk or a quick bus ride, or there is a larger range in Putney high-street.

This is a perfect location for travelling to the south west with the house close to the A3 and a quick route out of London.
