En-suite room available in a 4-bed house in Putney.

After a 4.5 year stint, our current housemate, Jason, is moving in with his partner and heading over to East London. The room will become available for move in on the 31st August.

The house is close to many transport links:
10-15 minute walk from Putney Train station - 5 minute train journey to Clapham Junction and 15 minute train journey to Waterloo.
10-15 minute walk from Barnes Train Station.
15 minute walk/5 minutes on bus to East Putney Tube station (District Line).

There are a lot of bus routes nearby heading towards Richmond, Clapham, Chelsea, Fulham and central London!

The house is well located with shops and amenities close by, such as Two Sainsburys (one is 2 minute walk), Tescos, Waitrose and Lidl. We also have many nearby Bars, resturants and cafes. Barnes Common is 5 minute walk away, and Richmond Park, Bishops Park, Wandsworth Park, Putney and Wimbledon Common and Putney Embankment are all within walking distance. There are also gyms closeby (two Puregyms nearby, a Crossfit and Putney Leisure Centre is less than 5 minutes walk away). Putney is great for cafes, restaurants and nightlife.

The house has four bedrooms (two en-suites) over three floors, a downstairs toilet, a kitchen, a large lounge/dining room and a garden making it easy to socialise with the rest of the housemates.

The advertised room is a loft conversation. It's large and spacious, en-suite with a double bed, and lots of storage! (Desk and chair pictured not included). The room is the biggest in the house at 22sqm.

You will be living with two girls and one guy (Carla, Jade and Rory). All the housemates enjoy regular hobbies such as cycling, tennis, arts and crafts, and going to the gym. Basically everyone has their own lives but we also enjoy spending time catching up. We have a weekly cleaning rota which everyone contributes to so the place is always clean and tidy. Everyone is friendly, tidy, respectful and easy - going and are looking for someone similar.

Rent and bills are due the 1st of each month and we transfer the rent to Jade at the end of the month who pays the landlord.
