Homely flat in Putney

Hello!

Nish here, my current flatmates Emma and Steph are moving out. Complete coincidence it's at the same time, I've been promised it's not due to me 😅

I like to socialise with my flatmates and also down for a shared dinner, drink and netflix movie, but also respect each other’s space and quiet time and looking for flatmates who enjoy a similar balance.

Here’s a bit more about me:
Professional working in Finance, aged 32. Been in London since 2022.
Languages spoken: English
Nationality: Scottish
Interests: cooking, bouldering, gym, travelling, finding the best hot chocolate, walking/jog with the dog (I borrow them, none in the flat).

Both rooms are the same sizes, only difference is one gets direct sun and the other doesn't.

Bills: approx. £100 per month (Wandsworth council tax is the cheapest in the country)

Deposit: £850 (can't seem to change the £800 in the ad)

Room is available as of 8th of January 2025 (potentially could move in from 17th December 2024)

I do work from home around twice a week in my own room. My current (soon to be former) flatmates do the same as you can easily fit a desk and chair.

Putney has loads to offer: bars, pubs, restaurants, cinema, a shopping centre, gyms and a leisure centre. We’re super close to the Thames with prime viewing spot for the boat race and not far from Richmond Park! A large Waitrose, Sainsburys, and a Lidl less than 10 mins walk away. The two nearest stations are Putney Bridge (District Line - 10 min walk) and Putney train station (10 min walk) which gets you into Waterloo in under 15 mins.

The flat has also had a 1 male, 2 female dynamic which I'm keen to keep if possible. Sorry no couples or students. Professionals only.
