Homely flat in Putney

Hello!

Nish and Giulia here. Were looking to add one more to our homely flat.
We like to socialise as flatmates and also down for a shared dinner, drink and netflix movie, but also respect each other’s space and quiet time and looking for a flatmate who enjoy a similar balance.

Here’s a bit more about our:
Professionals working in Finance, aged 32 (Nish) and 27 (Giulia). Been in London since 2022.
Languages spoken: English and Italian
Nationality: Scottish and Italian
Interests: cooking, bouldering, gym, travelling, finding the best hot chocolate, walking/jog with the dog (Nish borrowsthem, none in the flat).

Room is available as of 8th of January 2025 (potentially could move in from 17th December 2024)

We do work from home around twice a week in our own room. You can easily fit a desk in the room also if you WFH.


Putney has loads to offer: bars, pubs, restaurants, cinema, a shopping centre, gyms and a leisure centre. We’re super close to the Thames with prime viewing spot for the boat race and not far from Richmond Park! A large Waitrose, Sainsburys, and a Lidl less than 10 mins walk away. The two nearest stations are Putney Bridge (District Line - 10 min walk) and Putney train station (10 min walk) which gets you into Waterloo in under 15 mins.

The flat has also had a 1 male, 2 female dynamic which we are keen to keep. Sorry no couples or students. Professionals only.
