Lovely En-suite Room in Putney Available Sept 23rd

Sadly my current flatmate is moving out so I’m on the hunt for someone to move into this lovely flat on the 23rd of September. I’m looking for someone that is like minded, clean and tidy, likes to hang out and have the chats, maybe watch shitty reality shows and drink wine together 😂 but someone that also respects others space.

Our home is a 2 bed flat with a large living room/kitchen. Your room is the biggest room and has a great en-suite bathroom. It’s fully furnished with big wardrobes so lots of storage. Just to note that the current flatmate owns the bed and white drawers in the pictures but there will be a double bed and drawers provided. The flat is located on Putney high street so everything you need within minutes - shops, bars and restaurants etc. It’s less than 2 minutes from Putney train station and about 8-10 minutes walk to East Putney. Rent for the room is £900 plus Bills and deposit is £1,192.

A little about me: I’m Ellen, from Dublin. I moved into this flat Nov ‘21 and just love it, the location is just great. I work in finance and work from home in my room 3 days a week. I’m quite chilled during the week but definitely like a glass of wine or two on the weekend or being out with friends.
