We have a double room available to rent in our 3-bed flat in Putney, available from 11th March - 11th July.

The room has space for a desk, has plenty of storage and is on the middle floor of the flat. The flat itself consists of a kitchen, bathroom, large living room and sizeable roof terrace. Situated on Lower Richmond Road, close to the river, we have a bunch of shops, cafes and pubs within a close walk, as well as Putney Bridge tube and Putney mainline station.

We're looking for someone to join a friendly flat; the other two tenants are male professionals (aged 27 and 29) working in consultancy and media. We have a mix of interests - reading, gaming, sport, trips to the pub, and are generally very easy-going. Having both lived in London for a while, we have our own friendship groups but are also keen to socialise as a flat and make use of the shared living spaces.

The rent is £980 per calendar month, plus bills, whilst benefitting from the very reasonable Wandsworth Council Tax (Band C).
