We have a double room to rent on the second floor of a large 3-bed flat in Putney. The room has space for a desk, storage and a view towards the Thames. The flat consists of a kitchen, bathroom, large living room and sizeable roof terrace. Situated on Lower Richmond Road, close to the river, we have a bunch of shops, cafes and pubs within a close walk, as well as Putney Bridge tube and Putney mainline station.

We're looking for someone to join a friendly, sociable flat; the other two tenants are male professionals (aged 30 and 31) working in media and motorsport. Having lived in London for several years, we have our own friendship groups but are also keen to socialise as a flat and make use of the shared living spaces.

The rent is £900 per calendar month, plus bills, whilst benefitting from the very reasonable Wandsworth Council Tax (Band C). Available 29th January
