Noelia and I are looking for a respectful individual or couple to move into our recently refurbished 1 bed flat in Putney.

The flat has been furnished with all new items, ready for you to enjoy. Everything is near new, from the king size bed and large cupboard, to the boiler, fire doors, all electrics, flooring, windows, kitchen, sofa, TV, dining table etc.

The flat is excellently located, right on the river and close to Putney's high street amenities. Putney Bridge tube station is 5 minutes walk away.

We would like to rent out our place with all bills included, as we have set up everything already. This includes (water, electricity, internet and council tax), so the flat is ready for you as is!

Viewings to be done weeking 18th January and rental to start 3rd of February.
